Came here a few days ago. They currently only have 2 tables open at the moment, but are taking reservations. We were able to get a table within 45 minutes on the same day which is a fast turnaround for reservations in my opinion.

We ordered half pork bone and half spice (with the lowest spice level). Even the lowest was really spicy for me, but I'm a wimp to be honest. Just be careful when ordering!

Food was great! We ordered a lot of food, beef, lamb, quail eggs, veggies, mushrooms, fish roe balls, and egg noodles. The food was great!

Server was friendly and talkative. No complaints on that side!

Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place for hot pot!

My friend was craving the lamb spine hotpot so we came here for a super late dinner on Sunday (~10PM). Even though we were the only party (and almost the last) that came in and would potentially delay his off-work time, the waiting staff still received us very nicely.

We ordered a small lamb spine hotpot (supposedly for 1-2 people with several add-ons (green vegetables, frozen tofu, pork blood tofu, and bamboo shoots) and got a free add-on platter which included tofu, Napa cabbage, and sweet potato vermicelli.

The lamb spine was delicious and we ate way more than average people (I guess ;) ?), so we augmented it to large. The spine didn't have much meat on it but had absorbed lots of flavor from the broth. The frozen tofu was the best add-on to this hotpot since it could absorb much flavor too.

The staff was super nice and attentive. The place was small, clean, and intimate. I'd love to be back for another late-night hotpot!

This review is long overdue! Let me start by saying that I've never really enjoyed hot pots until I've been to this restaurant. We came here on a Sunday for lunch and we were the first customers. Service was great! And the food was delicious. If Seattle wasn't so far away, I'd be a regular here. We ordered the house spicy pot and the chicken pot. Watch out. We ordered medium spicy for the spicy pot and it was almost too hard to enjoy lol. Make sure you get the garlic beef and the fish cakes! So yummy.

Service is really good and sweet that they try to remind customers. For instance, I asked ice for my drink, they reminded me it could hurt my stomach if I drink too cold while eating spicy hot pot since there is beef oil in at the moment they give me ice.

The soup is also really good. If you compared all Sichuan style hot pot in Seattle, I would say this is one of the best and traditional one. The portion is also quite big. If you order combo dishes, you might not want to order too many dishes.

The weakness is that they do but have central air conditioner, and it is too hot in summer.
